1. Crime Prevention: providing legal advice and legal help, preventing job-related crimes, and giving corporate executives practice training of criminal risk prevention and control when commissioned by the state organs, enterprises and institutions, and a variety of juridical association;
2. Investigation stage: Providing the suspect with legal advice, meeting with the criminal suspect, enquiring about suspected charges and the case, applying for obtaining a guarantor pending trial, and filing petitions and complaints on his behalf;
3. Examination and prosecution stages: defending for the suspect, consulting, extracting and duplicating the judicial documents, meeting and communicating of criminal suspects, investigating and collecting relevant evidence materials, presenting legal advices of innocence ,a mitigated punishment or exemption from criminal prosecution;
4.Trial stage: providing the defendant with the defense services in the first or second instance, consulting, extracting and duplicating the judicial documents, meeting and communicating of the defendant, investigating and collecting relevant evidence materials, attending the court, presenting defense advices of innocence ,a mitigated punishment;
5. Complaint stage: making the complaint materials according to the law, filing a retrial case, and participating in the defense of retrial case;
6.Criminal incidental civil actions: acting as agents ad litem of incidental civil parties, making incidental civil complaint, attending the court, filing petitions and complaints to the investigation organ and the public prosecution organ, and writing the legal opinions;
7. Criminal private prosecution cases: acting as agents ad litem of private prosecution cases, making and filing private prosecution complaint, attending the court, charging a crime and putting forward the facts of the crime.
